Increase your Knowledge for Greater Productivity
ASCENT has been pioneering knowledge products since 1996 and our experience has shown that people who receive the same training often go back to the workplace with different levels of productivity. This can occur due to a difference in: learning styles, course content retention levels, understanding of technology enhancements, and sometimes because of a lack of software use.
To assist users in getting the most out of their software and curriculum, we offer two types
of knowledge assessment tools designed to identify existing proficiency levels
and offer future training recommendations. Each of these tools provides users with
the opportunity to retain what they have learned and apply it on-the-job to enhance efficiency and productivity:
>> User Quiz
Our User Quiz (UQ) accurately
measures your current knowledge of core functionality by
answering a series of technical questions related to the
software. Upon completion of each quiz, users receive their
results, which will assist in determining any training requirements
at that level. Usage reports are also available to users
upon request.
>> User Knowledge Profile
Our User Knowledge Profile (UKP) evaluates CATIA skills such as creating
simple features, sketches and assemblies through a series of hands-on tasks
and quizzes. Delivered online, the UKP takes approximately
two hours to complete.
>> Knowledge Assessment Tool Offerings:
CATIA V5 User Quiz: Level
1
This UQ is designed for Level 1 students to provide them with an effective
mechanism to identify skill gaps before proceeding onto advanced training.
Upon completion of the User Quiz, students receive results that will assist
them in determining training requirements at that level.
CATIA
V5 User Knowledge Profile: Introductory Level
This web-based User Knowledge Profile (UKP) evaluates
a user’s CATIA V5 skill level such as creating
simple features, sketches, and assemblies through a series
of hands-on tasks and quizzes. Delivered online, the
UKP takes approximately two hours to complete, although
there is no set time limit.
