ASCENT is an Authorized Author, Publisher and Developer of Autodesk Official Training Guides with over 20 years' experience developing courseware ensuring that users achieve maximum productivity from their chosen engineering tools. ASCENT courseware is used by universities, corporations, individuals, and Autodesk Training Centers around the globe to train thousands of people in the engineering, architectural and manufacturing fields each year.
As the sole provider of Autodesk Official Training Guides (AOTG), ASCENT authors approximately 60 different training guides each year for Autodesk’s latest software release. The AOTG designation means that Autodesk has reviewed and approved these materials for self-study and classroom use.
When you order a printed Student Guide they arrive spiral bound and ready to use. Each guide includes a link to access the training files for practice exercises. Applicable guides also include Autodesk Certification Objectives as a helpful study aid for those who are preparing to take the Autodesk Professional Certification Exam
ASCENT eBooks contain the same content as our corresponding Student Guides, providing users with a personal, full color electronic copy of the guide, complete with hands-on exercises and downloadable class files. eBooks can be downloaded on up to 3 devices, and include features such as the ability to make notes and highlights, plus the ability to sync and share those notes on multiple devices and with multiple users of the same eBook.
eBooks provide users with a paper-free option to learning the software of their choice. Keyword searches are available within the eBooks and users can choose their preferred layout for viewing the courseware. Similar to the printed guide, eBooks are yours to keep once purchased.
To be used in conjunction with ASCENT training guides, our Instructor Tools are downloadable PDF files which contain timing suggestions for delivering the class, plus answers to the questions within the guide. Some Instructor Tools also include overhead presentation files that can be used when teaching a class.
Sold separately from the Student Guides and eBooks, Instructor Tools are an ideal support tool for those teaching the courseware, however, they are available for purchase by anyone who is interested.
